Wonderful Exercises To Get A Natural Face Lift


There is no greater achievement than being able to naturally look younger and finding a way to shoo away all those years from your face. Exercise 3- Pout your lips and extend them further as if kissing someone, extend them as much as you can and you will feel a stretch in your cheeks, mouth and lips if performing right. This will help create a sharp jawline. Repeat this exercise 8-10 times, 4-5 times a day.

Exercise 4- Many people have a habit of frowning at every little thing that causes wrinkles to show on your forehead. Forehead is often the area where wrinkles start to appear very early, one of the major reasons this happens is tension and aggression, to ease your fore head, massage it with your knuckles or use your thumbs. This increases blood circulation in the area and helps release tension and stress. You can do this exercise every time you feel nervous or tensed.
